Returns Policy

We offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your purchase for a full product refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Returned items must be returned in the original packaging and unopened
  • We do not refund postage costs or return postal fees
  • We do not accept sale or discounted items
  • Return goods within 14 days of initial contact with us regarding the return

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Simply email us at hello@myflighthammock.com (or message us via the form below) and we will let you know the return address
  • Enclose your invoice name and number with the returned product

How long it takes to receive your refund? Once we receive your product, we will refund you as soon as practicable (typically in 1-3 working days)

We recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. My Flight Hammock will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged during the return process.
